H.E.M. Responsibilities and Commitments

Time-tested to maximize the depth of your experience

The land and ceremonial sanctuary for shamanic plant medicine work is a sacred space for serious spiritual work, rest, healing, and relaxation to take place. We are here to facilitate, guide and protect the healing process of all our sacred mythic journey and international retreat participants into the deepest possible levels of spiritual, physical, mental and emotional transformation.

By choosing to come and work with us, all participants are requested to adhere to certain guidelines and commitments in cooperation with our creative teams on the ground. This truly is for the wellbeing and comfort of all our participants and staff.

If you are having trouble with any of the below requirements please speak with us. If commitments are broken we will always try to resolve the situation discreetly, but in serious cases we reserve the right to request and ensure that those individuals leave the journey or retreat, without a refund.

Respect noble silence and appropriate conduct. In this work it’s important to respect the space and solitude of yourself and others. This means refraining from excessive talking or physical contact that can disrupt the healing process and merge energies in unhelpful ways.

Please know we are always available if you need to talk and will also facilitate appropriate times for group sharing. Also, please try to be mindful of your language, swearing is not ideal, nor is “venting” your emotional processes to other guests. Disruptive behavior can result in staff taking appropriate action to protect the space, including asking people to leave.

Respect the land by not polluting, leaving litter or interfering with plants and animals that live here.

Respect the buildings, please.

Respect personal property. Please don’t touch or take what isn’t yours. Please keep your possessions in your room. We are not responsible for any lost items, and if you leave something behind we will store it for 10 days before donating it to local charity, unless contacted with arrangements to have the item returned to you.

Respect the Dietary Guidelines. Our dietary guidelines are for the wellbeing of all our ceremony, journey and retreat participants and are developed to harmonize with the subtleties of sacred medicine use.

Please do not bring any extra food with you. All of your meals will be provided for, and the food that we prepare is specially made to support the work of your healing and transformation. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.

Respect sexual energy and boundaries. As this work deals with the release and transformation of many strong energies, sexual contact and sexual conduct of any kind is absolutely inappropriate during your stay. If you develop romantic feelings please refrain from expressing them verbally or physically until after your time with us.

Masturbation is also not appropriate during your journey or retreat for energetic reasons. Please note there are also traditional sexual restrictions involved with the period of time following ceremony, which we explain that fully at the end of our Dietary Guidelines.

Drugs and Alcohol: Please do not bring any recreational drugs, alcohol, marijuana or cigarettes to the sacred mythic journey or international retreat. Consuming these products is not conductive to the work we do and disrupts the healing of yourself and others with potentially very serious consequences. If you are a smoker, we understand that this may seem difficult, but we’re here to help you with your addictions. This work aims to expose the pains that the addictions cover up, and heal the roots to whatever that may be.

Pharmaceuticals and natural supplements: There are many pharmaceuticals and natural supplements that are not compatible with these plant medicines, and serious health issues may arise from their use. Please advise us well in advance of any medication you are taking. Be aware that you must be able to safely cease taking them for at least one month (30 days) before  the retreat as well as for the duration of your stay (sometimes longer depending on the substance). Please consult your doctor prior to doing this.

Some mental or physical health conditions are not compatible with the work that we do with  these sacred medicines. Please read more about our Medical Guidelines and do not hesitate to speak with us about your personal situation. Disclosure of medical conditions past and present is mandatory at the time of applying for our sacred mythic journeys and international retreats.

Please try and bring only 100% plant based toiletries and cosmetics. Using non-plant based products will interfere with your health, the health of others and the environment. Please only use natural health and body products during your stay. We suggest you bring organic coconut oil or a natural toothpaste for brushing your teeth and refrain from using all other products unless they are 100% plant based. You can visit this page to read more about how to prepare.

Medical conditions: Participants are required to honestly disclose all medical conditions (past and present) at the time of applying. This includes pregnancy, mental or psychological conditions, physical injuries, ailments, diseases or disabilities.

Safety, emergencies and liability: Our journeys and retreats are in rural and sometimes very remote and isolated locations.  In cases of emergency we will get all participants the help they need. However, please be mindful of safety at all times, such as wearing shoes and using a flashlight when you move around at night. If you require medical attention, we will take responsibility for assisting you to the nearest appropriate facility, however any medical costs are the individual’s own responsibility.

By booking a sacred mythic journey or international retreat with us participants express an understanding of and take full responsibility for the risks that they may encounter. We are not responsible for any injury to participants that may occur on the way to our journey or retreat, during your journey or retreat, or after your journey or retreat with us, and it is understood that all participants absolve Heart Energy Medicine and all of our staff of any such responsibility at the time of applying.

Commitment to the process: At times this can be a difficult emotional and physical process for some people. We will support you to complete your journey or retreat, as we know this is for your ultimate well being, and we have been through these challenges ourselves many times with countless others. However, free-will prevails and if you do decide to leave before the completion of your journey or retreat you are not entitled to a refund.

– Emergency Cancellations: If you cancel prior to your sacred mythic journey retreat for serious emergency and justifiable reasons only, we can assist you in selecting an alternate date for your experience within the next 1 year period.

By submitting an application to attend a sacred mythic journey or international retreat with Heart Energy Medicine, all participants affirm a sincere interest our vision, mission and philosophy.

How To Prepare For Your Ceremony

We tell you everything you need to know

the feminine2

The quality of your Shamanic Plant Medicine ceremony, like Ayahuasca, is really dependent on the preparation you put into it. There is a lot that goes into properly preparing for your ceremony, and on this page we’ll cover exactly what the proper preparation looks like, how to find a ceremony, and how to get the most out of any experience you have with shamanic plant medicines, whether with Heart Energy Medicine, or anywhere else. Correctly preparing for your shamanic plant medicine experience is crucial to ensure you get the most out from the medicine.

For a lot of people, having your first ceremony is an experience that you have probably been looking forward to or anticipating for months, or maybe even years.

But the first thing in order to have the best ceremony that you can… is to release all expectations.

The attitude that you have when approaching the medicine is your greatest determining factor as to if you’ll really enjoy your experience or not.

Before attending your shamanic plant medicine ceremony, really check in with yourself. Ask, yourself, are you doing this, or do you want to do this “just because” or “just to try it” or maybe you’re simply looking for an altered state in order to get a quick high?

If this is why you’re approaching this medicine, we highly recommend you either look somewhere else, or you check in to make sure that before you drink a shamanic plant medicine, that your intentions are really in the highest place.

This medicine is exactly that… a medicine.

It’s not a drug, or a psychedelic hallucinogen that you do because you want a shamanic plant medicine trip.

It’s a sacred plant that ancient native tribes have been working with for thousands of years for the deepest energetic and physical healing, and to connect with the depths of Who You Really Are – your Divine Source, the Limitless Infinite Potential Source Energy that you are.

You’re so much more than this physical body, and this mind reading these words. Whatever you want to call it, your Spirit, Soul, Higher Self, there’s a part of you that exists that is so much greater and more powerful than this physical human you can ever be.

And this is what you can connect with when you experience a shamanic plant medicine.

If, and only if, your intentions are pure, in a place where connecting with this part of you isn’t to “trip out” but to grow, to heal, to evolve, to discover parts of you that you have yet to connect with, and have lost touch with…

So, if your intentions and attitude when approaching your shamanic plant medicine ceremony are about inner work, healing, and in some way or another, your evolution and growth, great, then, and only then, would we recommend that you proceed with seeking out the medicine.

Once you have that in check, the next way to best prepare is to let go of all expectations from what you will experience.

You can either have the most beautiful love-filled, blissful ceremony, and experience depths of love, compassion and Who You Really Are, to a degree that no words can ever fully describe…

Or you can vomit all night, and energetically be wrung out of all the things that do not serve you… which of course, is very healing in it’s own way and will leave you feeling like a brand new being.

Whatever happens, you will get exactly what you need. To learn more about possible shamanic plant medicine effects, then you can click here now.

So, you’ve checked in to make sure your intentions and attitude are in the right place, and you’ve also released all expectations about what your experience will be like…

From there, the best way to proceed with your shamanic plant medicine preparation is to eliminate certain things from your body.

No matter who leads your shamanic plant medicine ceremonies, at the end of the day, your free will always prevails, and you will do whatever you want… but if you really want to go deep and get all that you can with the medicine, then we would follow these guidelines below exactly as outlined.

After all, if you’re going through such lengths to experience this medicine for yourself, it is highly recommended that you do everything that you can to get the best experience possible, and following these guidelines will ensure that happens.

One thing that can happen if you don’t, is that the medicine won’t be able to work within you, since your body will be “clogged” either energetically or physically. By not following this, you won’t feel the effects anywhere close to as much as if you adhere to these guidelines and create the space for the medicine to work inside of you.

– Avoid recreational drugs including marijuana for at least 2 weeks prior.

– Avoid alcohol for a minimum of 48 hours prior.

– Avoid sexual contact for a minimum of 48 hours prior.

– Ensure you are well hydrated, but please avoid drinking too much water directly before or during shamanic plant medicine ceremonies.

– It’s suggested that you avoid foods with MAOI inhibitors, especially with Ayahuasca, for at least 24 hours before drinking shamanic plant medicine. This includes: fermented or non fresh foods, cheese, miso, tofu or other fermented soy products, dried fruits, tamari or soy sauce, sauerkraut, pickled foods, protein extracts, processed or smoked meat products, yeast/brewers yeast, (yeast in baked goods is OK).

– We also suggest that in the weeks before drinking shamanic plant medicine, you prepare your body to receive the medicine. This means avoiding fried foods, caffeine, spicy foods, dairy, pork and refined sugars. This is especially important in the 48 hours prior to your ceremony.

Basically, fresh clean and natural foods with a high ratio of fresh vegetables and fruit is the best way to prepare.

– Many medications and natural supplements are not complementary with this work and can be dangerous especially MAO inhibiting medications,  SSRIs and/or antidepressants, especially with Ayahuasca. For a full list of supplements and medication not compatible with shamanic plant medicine use, especially Ayahuasca, please visit our page on Medical Guidelines by clicking here.

If you need to stop taking any medication prior to your shamanic plant medicine experience, please consult with your doctor about stopping such medications at least one month before having your ceremony.

And if you apply to one of our sacred mythic journeys or international retreats, please advise us of any medications you have taken or are taking so we can discuss your individual situation with you.

– Meditation, yoga or other mind/body/spirit practices are very complimentary to this work, which teaches you to focus your energy and connect to breath, which is very useful during the process, however this is not mandatory.

– Again, reflect on your intention… and let go. Sometimes that which we think we need to work on isn’t what comes up during ceremonies, retreats or your sacred mythic journey at all. However, spending some time inquiring within, about what you want to heal or let go of, prepares you to open up to whatever is being brought forwards in your inner work with the shamanic plant medicine.

– Allow yourself to be curious, set intentions for your attitude and approach during this sometimes challenging process and ask for assistance from whatever sources of spiritual support you resonate with.

What to Bring

If you’re attending shamanic plant medicine ceremony, then the basics of warm clothes (in layers so you can remove / add some as necessary) a flashlight, water and depending on where you drink the medicine, your own pillow and blanket would guarantee your highest comfort. It’s also highly recommended to bring crystals, offerings and a power object of some kind, or any sacred items that are meaningful to you during your ceremony.

If you’re attending one of our sacred mythic journeys or international retreats, then we would like to request that you bring all of the following, and use this as a checklist:

Year-round items:

-A personal sacred object and ceremony offering to contribute to the land/temple, in dedication to your healing

-A personal object of power, to give you strength, heart connection, and a way to contact your angels/guides. A crystal/pendant/small totem, etc.

– A little something personally significantly sacred that you would like to add to our altar in the Maloka/temple during your stay, such as a crystal or mineral.

– Small flashlight or head torch – required in ceremonies, which are sometimes conducted in pitch darkness and for walking around the property at night. Bring spare batteries. We can definitely recommend a headlamp over a flashlight — it’s just so much easier, especially when under the effects of the shamanic plant medicine!

– Lightweight long sleeve pants and shirts (wearing something white/traditional in ceremony is suggested, but not required)

– Water bottle

– Rubber boots, or other waterproof footwear.

– Beach Sandals or flip-flops can also be a good idea depending upon where your ceremony is taking place, because they are easier to slip on and off when you need the bathroom etc. Always good to have a spare pair of footwear as well wherever you go.

– Comfortable loose, light clothing that keeps you covered.

– Towel.

– Yoga mat if you like.

– Creative materials for your free time – pen, paper, paints, crafts, musical instruments, whatever you would like to channel your healing process into.

– Natural toiletries. non-plant-based toiletries and cosmetics are incompatible with these shamanic plant medicines. This means non-natural toothpaste, moisturizer, makeup, deodorant, bug-repellent, shampoo, sunscreen, etc. Many products marketed as “natural” in fact contain chemicals and salts so please read the ingredient list.

We recommend brushing your teeth and moisturizing with organic coconut oil and just releasing the need for all other toiletries during this time unless you can find totally plant based products.

– Books: while it’s OK to read, we actually recommend that you spend as much time as possible in stillness and in silence with yourself. Books can distract you from your own process. However if reading is a must for you, we recommend books on spirituality, philosophy, healing, nature or personal development to keep you focused on your intention and purpose.

– Electronics: it is better to avoid bringing too many electronic distractions. It is appropriate to listen to a little gentle music but be mindful of others’ space, so please use headphones if you are to do so. Cellular phones, laptops are to be switched off completely during your whole journey/retreat/ceremony unless for special reasons that are communicated and agreed upon beforehand with the leader(s) of your shamanic plant medicine experience.

Cold Weather: As mentioned, depending on where you are having your ceremony, the winter months, the rainy seasons and the nights can get particularly cold and wet (e.g. In the Sacred Valley of Peru, Sierra Madre Mountains in Mexico) . This can be a really unpleasant, even dangerous combination when combined with shamanic medicine work if you are not kept warm and dry during the deep journey process ! Therefore it’s essential that you bring as much gear as possible. Remember that cotton gets very cold and wet. It’s best to pack fabrics that are waterproof or at least resistant to water. Depending where your ceremony is taking place an all season sleeping bag might be a good idea or even a requirement, so please check with our support team if you are unsure about anything including the climate and conditions of your ceremony location.

So please be sure to bring the following if in a colder/rainy climate:

-Several warm sweaters or blanket, as the evenings will likely get below freezing.

-Waterproof outer shell, jacket, or Poncho.

-A cold weather sleeping bag

-Wool socks (more pairs than you think you’ll need!)

-Long Underwear

-Warm cap/hat

Warm Weather (In hot and dry climates we recommend the summer packing list, which yes of course will be much lighter):

-Lightweight, light colored natural fabrics are some of the best in which to participate in ceremony

-Wide-brimmed hat, to protect oneself from the elements without relying on chemicals

-Shorts and t-shirts, for comfortable wear during the day

To Summarize

The best shamanic plant medicine preparation you can do for yourself is to have clear intentions, to release your expectations, and to clean your body, both physically and energetically, by abstaining from certain things (listed above) prior to your ceremony.

Effects and Benefits

What is a Shamanic Plant Medicine experience?

386645_550178724993431_446099291_nShamanic Plant Medicine effects and benefits vary greatly from each Medicine to Medicine, even from each Ceremony to Ceremony with the same plant. This is the first thing you need to know. No two ceremonies are ever the same, and no two people ever have the same experience.

The more you work with the shamanic plant medicine (e.g. like Ayahuasca), usually the deeper your relationship with the plants will become and the greater your range of experiences will be.

And with that said, some people experience incredible changes, insights and healing within just one shamanic plant medicine ceremony or retreat.

What is certain though, is that the medicines are always working to give you exactly what you need in that moment. This is the trust we must place in our journey to get the most from these gifts of nature and spirit.

No matter what your experience is with the shamanic plant medicine, if the plant is approached with an intention of being a healing tool as the sacred medicine that it is, it will always be a deep healing process for you, not just a quick fix or a recreational drug trip.

Please be aware that every ceremony is unique, and all have the capacity for powerful healing and deep transformation.

All shamanic plant medicines at their core work in a very similar way, but very different way at the same time. They are all intuitive natural medicines (just with their own personalities if you like) that each function on multi-dimensional levels; therefore the healing process that comes from your shamanic plant medicine experience is completely relative to your current state of being, both physically and energetically in that particular moment.

In other words, the shamanic plant medicine works on you on every level. And wherever you are at in your emotional, mental or physical state, you will get exactly what you need. Not always what you want or expect to receive!

That’s why holding expectations about any of your shamanic plant medicine experiences is far less effective than being open, curious and simply trusting that you will receive the healing exactly right for you in that moment. You are essentially getting in your own way when you are waiting or expecting for a certain type of experience to find you!

Yes, the shamanic plant medicine effects can be awe-inspiring psychedelic visions, cosmic spiritual connection and deep emotional journeys of release and discovery…

You may access some of the most magical and profound spiritual insights, often reserved for the most advanced and dedicated spiritual practitioners. One of the great honors and privileges that shamanic plant medicine offers to us is to experience this level of awareness for ourselves.

The spirits of all the plant medicines are truly loving spirits, but they also are teachers and you will learn that nothing comes easy to you for free without you having to work hard for it (energetically speaking).

You may see the error of your ways – habits and ways of being that do not serve you. Maybe things that you’ve done in the past that you need to heal. And you can be shown the direct path to healing your life outside of ceremony, but in the end… you must do the work yourself, and practice what you are taught, in order to integrate the benefits and lessons that you receive.

You may also experience distinctly physical healing. You may sense energy moving in the body, nausea, physical tension or pleasure. At times you may think nothing is happening, however be assured that when you drink, the medicine is working on very deep levels.

Also, if one and a half hours after drinking shamanic plant medicine, like Ayahuasca, and you feel no effects, you are welcome to request more which may be administered at the facilitator’s discretion.

As you become more clean and sensitive, you will likely develop a deeper relationship with the medicine and have a broader range of healing during your shamanic plant medicine experiences over time. With each ceremony that you are blessed with in your life, you will become more clear in how to ask for specific information, be guided more clearly and go deeper into your transformation.

Shamanic plant medicine works to scan your being on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, seeking out that which is ready to be healed and released either energetically or physically through purging (vomiting, sweating, using the toilet, breath etc).

Some of the effects and benefits of working in this way with shamanic plant medicine include, but are by no means limited to:

– Deep, multi-level physical detoxification and healing of many physical conditions and traumas.

– Rapid emotional processing and healing.

– Personal insight to patterns, habits and behaviors.

– Release of negative psychological programs and illnesses.

– Healing of anxiety and depression related illness.

– Spiritual awakening, expanded consciousness and spiritual connection.

– Healing and connection with multidimensional aspects of yourself and all existence.

– Wonderful creative inspiration.

To name but a few…

Please note, there are some medical and psychological conditions which must be approached carefully or are not suitable for treatment with Ayahuasca and other Master Plant Teachers. Please see our Medical Guidelines section for details and be sure to inform us of any medical conditions past or present when applying to our programs.

Dietary Guidelines

Preparation is Everything!

These Shamanic Plant Medicine dietary guidelines are essential to get the most out of your experience with all Master Plant Teachers like Mother Ayahuasca. The Ayahuasca tea for example (made up of two plants: Ayahuasca vine and Chacruna leaves) works with your body in strong biochemical and energetic ways. So everything else put in, on, or around your body (especially food) must be considered in terms of how it harmonizes or clashes with these natural medicines, and the work they are trying to do inside your body and your energy field.

In order to maximize your healing and avoid any negative experiences, we follow and provide a strict Shamanic Plant Medicine diet for our journeys, ceremonies and retreats.

You can think of this as creating a blank canvas within your system so the plants have as much space as possible to heal you without competition from other sources or interference from lower vibrational energies.

Or another way to look at it, is that you need to be as clean as possible for the shamanic plant medicine to work inside you to its greatest capacity. By eliminating certain things from your diet, what you’re doing is cleaning your body, physically and energetically, so that the plants can work and heal you to their fullest.

These guidelines also apply to post-dieta, the period in your life after your shamanic plant medicine journey or retreat. From the perspective of this shamanic tradition, each plant represents and holds a different spirit, and in traditional thinking the work with the shamanic plant medicine is not considered finished until many months after the actual ceremony itself.

By working with the plants we not only access the biological healing properties of the plant on a physical level, but also commune with the nature spirits who work through them.

These plant spirits must be totally respected within the body. They can intensely heal and transform you, but if you disrespect their gifts by contaminating your body once they are inside you, there can be very serious consequences. Following a shamanic plant medicine diet can go a long way in demonstrating respect to these spirits.

This is not something to take lightly. A person can get very ill, or experience a wide array of unpleasant experiences, physically, energetically and spiritually if they disrespect the plants, or disregard the guidelines of the journey/retreat.

If you can not follow the shamanic plant medicine diet outlined on this page, then it is very likely that our sacred mythic journeys or international retreats are not for you. However, if you can, then you can prepare yourself for some of the deepest healings, teachings, realizations and transformation that no words can ever fully describe. For more on what you can expect at your journey/retreat, you can learn more here.

We will provide all your food during your shamanic plant medicine ceremonies, as well as full information for post-ceremony care. Your diet will be locally sourced and mainly consist of fresh vegetables.

Shamanic Plant Medicine Diet Preparation

Before your arrival on one of our journeys or retreats please consider the following guidelines. These guidelines are in place for your ultimate well being, and so that you can get the most out of your experience with the sacred medicine.

The shamanic plant medicine that is served during your ceremony is a very concentrated sacred plant brew, and in order for these plants to work within you to their greatest capacity, it is important that you prepare yourself to receive them.

All of the following should be thought of as a “minimum” – the more you can prepare yourself and your body before your ceremony experience, the more effective your journey/retreat will be!

2 weeks before drinking any shamanic plant medicine:
– Avoid any recreational drugs including marijuana and Alcohol.

48 – 72 hours before drinking any shamanic plant medicine, avoid:

– Fried foods or excessive oil
– Sexual contact
– Spicy foods
– Fermented food
– Caffeine
– Non-fresh (canned or packaged) meat or fish products
– Avocados
– Liquid and Powdered protein extracts
– Brewers yeast or yeast-based supplements
– Dairy products
– Overripe fruits
– Processed sweets and refined sugar
– Excessive amounts of table salt
– Pork and red meat

This time is also an excellent opportunity for you to cut anything else out of your life which you may feel is not in line with your highest truth and potential.

Once again, the more “sacrifices” that you can make in cutting out these things from your diet in preparation for your experience, the fuller your ceremony can be. The spirit of each shamanic plant medicine is sensitive to the amount of importance that you place on your healing, and we find that she tends to reward hard work!

IMPORTANT: Please read our Medical Guidelines for information regarding specific supplements and medications. This is especially important for people who are currently taking any type of medication or supplements. It is our policy that all participants must be free of pharmaceutical intervention 30 days prior to their journeys/retreats. Consult with your doctor if you need to stop taking any medication.

Post- Shamanic Plant Medicine – Continued Self-care

For your wellbeing and the integration of your healing, we suggest that you continue to keep your body, attitude and habits as clean as possible. The healing process with these medicines does not stop after their effects are no longer noticeable in your consciousness! The spirit of the plants will be with you for a long time after your journey or retreat, and you can greatly help the process of your healing and transformation by adhering to the following schedule:

For 10 Days, avoid:
– fried foods
– processed sugars
– frozen or icy cold foods/drinks
– avocados
– pineapple

For 2 Weeks, avoid:
– fermented foods
– red meat
– coffee
– dairy
– citrus
– raw nuts

For 1 Month, avoid:
– alcohol
– pork
– Chilli

Note on sexual contact: We recommend that you avoid sexual contact for one week before, and one week after your ceremony. This can make some people’s jaws drop, we understand! However, there are some very important reasons for this that we would like to discuss.

During your time with us, the shamanic plant medicine like Ayahuasca Tea and San Pedro will be opening you so deeply energetically, so as to really make space for the plants within you to do their work, heal you, and share all of their gifts with you.

When you connect with another personal in a sexual way, you share very deeply with that person. There is a great deal of energetic “give-and-take”, even between people who have never sat with the medicine before, and who may not be as open as you will be following ceremony. The openness that you will experience may cause you to “take on” energies from another person which may not be in line with your own healing and transformation.

So, to maintain the integrity and the momentum of your healing (which continues far longer than the time you spend with us) it is very important that you keep as much of your energy as you can to yourself, and not expel or give away your energy unnecessarily. Additionally, it is recommended that men avoid all ejaculation for the same time period and reasons, as there is great power in reserving the sexual energy to increase and strengthen your healing process.

This abstinence is also important because it really helps give you space to be able to work with yourself. So as not to bring your focus externally, but really to hold the space for you to concentrate on your inner journey, the healing journey which led you to this sacred medicine.

We don’t believe in rules “just because.” This really is for your own benefit, so you can get the most out of your healing experience, and give you the space that so many people do not give themselves, to really be with yourself. And in that space, to find greater depths of peace, joy, and bliss.

If you feel like you can adhere to these dietary guidelines, then the magnitude of healing that you can experience is so far beyond words. Healing on every level – mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually.

So if you’re up for it, and you can find the will within to remove these things in your life for a short period, to gain gifts that will last a lifetime and beyond, then you can learn more about our sacred mythic journeys, retreats and offerings, by clicking here.
